Yes. we require a minimum of $25 per order no matter the size.

Our turnaround time is 24-48 hours. If we pick up an order on Saturday, the soonest you will receive your order will be Monday due to being closed on Sunday.
No, you can leave your laundry in a secure location (front porch, back porch, behind a fence, in an unlocked garage) just make sure to note it when you place your order so our driver knows where to find it.
Yes. We do light stain removal at 0.30 cent per item. Please place all stained clothing in a separate bag and let us know by including a note in the bag or on your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out. Although, we cannot guarantee we will be able to get every stain out. We will have the best chance to get the stain out if you can pretreat it before placing the garment in your bag.
We use only premium brand products for our wash and fold. We have developed our own blend of detergent, scent boosters and dryer sheets that we have found to be the best combination. We do offer free and clear by request for those who do not wish to have any scent in their laundry.
Yes, we will match up pairs of socks. We will put all non-matching socks in a separate bag with a label.
Sud Sisters assumes all clothes are machine washable: your items will be washed with cold water, on a normal washing cycle, and tumble-dried in a dryer. Sud Sisters is not responsible for damage to any clothing and laundry articles that are not able to go through this washing routine. NOTE: we do not read each clothing tag to see how it is recommended to be washed. However, if you need to leave special instructions for how your clothes should be wash, dry and folded, you can leave that in the instructions section on your profile. Examples would be water temp, dryer temp, hang dry and stain treatment.
Lost Items: Please report lost items via email to hello@sudsisterslaundry.com within 5 business days. We will make our best reasonable effort to track the missing item. Any items determined to have been lost by us will be reimbursed up to a $50 value. Items will be considered lost 30 days after the initial claim is filed.
Damaged Items: Sud Sisters cannot assume responsibility for weakness or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to washing. Sud Sisters cannot guarantee against color loss, color bleeding, shrinkage, or against damage to weak or tender fabrics, or against damage to ancillary items such as belts, buttons, beads, ties or zipper pulls. Sud Sisters liability with respect to any damaged items shall not exceed three (3) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition. Prior to bagging up your laundry, check all pockets! Sud Sisters is not responsible for items lost in the wash or laundry damaged by something left in your pocket (Chapstick, crayons, markers, pen, lipstick, gum, pocket knife, etc.). We do our best to check pockets, but we expect clothing to be sent with no items left in the pockets. Any damaged items must be reported via email to hello@sudsisterslaundry.com and returned to Sud Sisters for inspection within 5 business days.
Contaminated items: We cannot accept items that may pose a risk to the safety of our team and/or the items of other customers cleaned in the same facility. These include items that have been contaminated with:

Excessive bodily fluids from a human or pet

Excessive pet hair

Moisture if the item is still wet or damp

Mildew

Bedbugs

Poison ivy or poison oak oils

Hazardous chemical residue
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.

No, we always keep our customers laundry separate from one another.
It is simple. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" Button in the upper right hand corner and create an account. It only takes a few minutes to input your information and you can place an order for weekly, bi-weekly or one-off services.
Absolutely. When you place your order online there is a section called Preferences where you can specify things you want done every time that we do your laundry. There is also a section called Special Laundry Instructions where you can ask for something for this particular order. For instance if you want us to spot treat a stain on one of your items.
